At Shapellx, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your shapewear, which is why we offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges on items in original condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and the hygiene liner remains intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download your prepaid shipping label and packing slip, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn garments with original packaging into a secure shipping mailer and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
